"This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for” - reasonably priced in a great location, with an excellent breakfast and very good staff, so what’s missing? Firstly, the hotel has no parking and the streets all around are full of cars looking for a parking space…we spent 40 minutes looking and ended up 15 minutes walk from hotel. "Fabulous hotel with an excellent staff! Our room looked out onto the beach and was picture perfect! Comfortable bed, AC, fridge. Really excellent! Wish there were better restaurants in town. Try to reserve one of the four parking spots owned by the hotel."

"Room was not up to standard. Shower broken. My view was of a gravel area which was littered qith dog mess, obviously their dog as i was let out at 630am. Resurant and bar shut, which was hugely disappointing as this was one of the msin reasons for choosing this hotel. Have to say obe of the worst hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in."

"Very nice room. Completely refurbished with a very nice bathroom. Sadly the beds were very hard and not comfortable. The location of the hotel was great for visiting the sea front and local restaurants etc. Great breakfast."

"Great place to stay, good value for the money! A note that it was very quiet in Royan and considered out of season ( our whitsun week off school) therefore it was hard to get a meal later than 7 and their was practically nobody around! The hotel was good for what we needed it for so that was our main priority"
